HOW TO CONTACT YOUR SAILOR IN AN EMERGENCY:

In the event that you need to get an important or Emergency message to your sailor, the American Red Cross can assist you. They help keep military personnel in touch with their families following a death or serious illness of a family member, and other important life happenings such as the birth of a child.
The American Red Cross can quickly send a message to even the most remote command. You may locate your nearest Red Cross office by going to: www.redcross.org/where/where.html
When contacting the Red Cross, you will need the following:
        Full Name of the Sailor
Rank/Rating
Branch of Service
SS#
Military Address
(the more information you have the better)

E-Mail

E-mail service is a luxury benefit that we enjoy with our sailors. Please understand that for security purposes the system may not be available for periods of time. Please contact your sailor for information regarding his/her e-mail address.
